The SprintIR®-6S-5 5% CO2 Sensor (formerly known as GC-0028) can take up to 20 readings per second, making it ideal for applications that require individual measurements at high repetition rates or where the CO2 concentration is changing rapidly.

The sensor is fitted with a standard flow-through adaptor so the CO2 gas can be passed over the optical sensor at high speed.

The SprintIR®-6S 5% CO2 Sensor uses patented NDIR solid-state LED optical technology enabling the sensor to respond to rapidly changing CO2 without compromising parametric performance.

Features

  • NDIR LED sensor measures up to 5% CO2
  • Solid-state, no moving parts
  • Fast response rate - 20 readings/second
  • Easy integration in healthcare, food packaging and scientific applications

Models

  • SPRINTIR-6S-5 – SprintIR-6S 5% CO2 Sensor for integration into high-volume OEM products.
  • CM-20300: SprintIR-6S 5% CO2 Sensor w/ MX Board
  • CM-20301: - SprintIR-6S 5% CO2 Sensor Development Kit
  • CM-200 - Wireless Development Kit. Easy to use, simply plug the sensor into the PCB and plug it into your PC via USB. Use our free GasLab® software to measure and graph carbon dioxide or use our library of source code on Github to build your own application or for OEM batch testing/configuration. Order sensors on this page, then order the Devkit here.

We recommend that all first time users purchase either the CM-20301 or CM-200 Development Kit for fastest and easiest results.

Gas Sensor Development Kit (CM-200)- designed to provide customers with an easy drop-in solution. Includes our free Gaslab data logging software. Sensor sold separately.

Micro-Pump Kit includes all the tools you need to utilize the tube-cap adapters as part of a sampling sensor system.

Nafion Tubing is a highly selective, semi-permeable membrane to water vapor. If gases inside Nafion tubing are wetter than gases surrounding the tubing, drying will occur. If the surrounding gases are wetter, humidification will occur.

Micro Gas Sampling Pumps provide a constant flow of air across the sensor with a tube cap - perfect for bench-top testing of sensors for closed-loop sampling applications.

Excellent service

The service provided by CO2meter shows that the supplier's specialization provides benefits for the customer. The documentation, program example, tips and application nots help a lot. Along with a fantastic delivery, it is a winner. I ordered on a Sunday and on Thursday four days later the parts were delivered to my door in a small town in Sweden.

"Easy to install, easy to set up, and easy calibration - just what I was looking for."
