The SprintIR®-6S-20 20% CO2 Sensor (formerly known as the GC-0029) is a high-speed CO2 sensor that can take up to 20 readings per second, making it ideal for applications that require individual measurements at high repetition rates or where the CO2 concentration is changing rapidly.

Thes sensor is fitted with a standard flow-through adaptor so the CO2 gas can be passed over the optical sensor at high speed.

The SprintIR®-6S 20% CO2 Sensor uses patented NDIR solid-state LED optical technology enabling the sensor to respond to rapidly changing CO2 without compromising parametric performance.

Features

  • NDIR LED sensor measures up to 20% CO2
  • Fast response rate - 20 readings/second
  • Digital UART output
  • Easy integration in food packaging or scientific applications

Models

  • SprintIR®-6S-20 Sensor – for integration into high-volume OEM products.
  • CM-20400 – 20% CO2 sensor w/ MX Board
  • CM-20401– 20% CO2 sensor w/ Development Kit to build on to your own application, further test and configure
  • Sensor Development Kit (CM-200) - Easy to use, simply plug the sensor into the PCB and plug it into your PC via USB. Use our free GasLab® software to measure and graph carbon dioxide or use our library of source code on Github to build your own application or for OEM batch testing/configuration. Order sensors on this page, then order the Devkit here.

We recommend that all first time users purchase both this sensor and the CM-200 Development Kit for fastest and easiest results.

Gas Sensor Development Kit (CM-200)- designed to provide customers with an easy drop-in solution. Includes our free Gaslab data logging software. Sensor sold separately.

Micro-Pump Kit includes all the tools you need to utilize the tube-cap adapters as part of a sampling sensor system.

Nafion Tubing is a highly selective, semi-permeable membrane to water vapor. If gases inside Nafion tubing are wetter than gases surrounding the tubing, drying will occur. If the surrounding gases are wetter, humidification will occur.

Micro Gas Sampling Pumps provide a constant flow of air across the sensor with a tube cap - perfect for bench-top testing of sensors for closed-loop sampling applications.
