The LOX-O2 UV Flux 25% Oxygen Sensor (formerly known as OX-0052) is designed to be used anywhere 0-25% oxygen levels are required. This makes it a valuable safety sensor anywhere inert gases are stored or used.

The sensor benefits from lower power requirements than electrochemical and galvanic sensors, while providing a longer lifetime due to the non-depleting sensing principle.

The LOX-O2 is ppO2 and temperature compensated, enabling linear operation over a wide range without the need for additional system components. It does not contain lead or any other hazardous materials and has negligible cross sensitivity to other gases.

  • Tube Cap Adapter - easily converts a wide range of gas sensors from diffusion applications to sampling. However, If you need a sampling sensor we recommend the LOX-02-F Flow Through Oxygen Sensor with tube caps instead. 
  • Micro-Pump Kit includes all the tools you need to utilize the tube-cap adapters as part of a sampling sensor system.
  • Nafion Tubing is a highly selective, semi-permeable membrane to water vapor. If gases inside Nafion tubing are wetter than gases surrounding the tubing, drying will occur. If the surrounding gases are wetter, humidification will occur.
  • Micro Gas Sampling Pumps provide a constant flow of air across the sensor with a tube cap - perfect for bench-top testing of sensors for closed-loop sampling applications.

Does Exactly What it Should

Very sensitive meter that "just works" right out of the box. Simple to use, and I expect a long life from it unlike e-chem sensors. Make sure you use 3.3v logic and you'll be streaming ASCII in no time.
